职位描述:
Job Scope
Mainly to provide branch companies desktop & local server support
Manage vendor in providing desktop support
Provide orientation & training to new users
Support external financial system
Support  Telephone system


Experience & Qualification
At least 3 years working experience in providing IT desktop support
Basic Degree or equivalent certification in IT
CET 4
(Fluent in English will be important as support to non-Chinese associates is very often in Shanghai office)
Experience in working in MNC will be preferred
Experience in supporting China Financial system (E-banking, Government Financial system, etc) will be an added advantage

Technical Skill level
Lotus Notes
Ms Windows support
Ms Office
LAN / WAN
Notebook / desktop computer setup
Remote dial-up / broadband connection support
Having knowledge in Novell Netware will be an added advantage

Remark
With friendly character and service oriented person will be preferred for the job(quite important)
